An indoor cycling app for the rest of us.

The ride screen: power against its target, heart rate, energy, cadence and time.

It’s the app some of us wanted for a long time. The app which lets us ride indoors when we want, and how we want. Without the structure and the guilt trips which come with it, without silly virtual worlds and strangers from the internet handing out fake kudos.

Indore let’s you ride how you like, whenever you like, and with your actual friends that you hopefully like.

Base rides

Most days, no plan.

Pick a zone or pick a number. Press play. Get off when you say you’re done.

  • Zones, watts, or BPMs

Set a target or your effort as a FTP or heart rate zone, or an exact number.

  • Voice commands

Indore accepts simple voice commands in the middle of a base ride. Saying things like “harder”, “easier”, or “skip interval” is sometimes easier than using a touchscreen.

  • In-Ride intervals

Use your voice to create an interval in the middle of a ride. Saying something like “10 minutes at 250 watts” will create that interval and start it with a countdown.

The base ride screen with a zone picked and the watts worked out from the rider’s FTP.

Sessions

Structured work, only when you want it.

No fiddling with workout creators. Use natural language to create your workouts, or let Indore suggest you a session based on the recent history of your riding.

Group rides

Ride with friends.

Up to 6 of your friends in a ride, each on their own trainer, in their own bedroom or balcony. Good times.

Two phones on a group ride, each rider on the other’s screen.

For the time being we suggest starting a video call using your preferred service until Indore supports video in group rides.

  • the lobby

A base ride, one of your sessions, or one of your routes.

  • Teleport

On a route, jump to whoever’s up ahead so you can ride the same part at the same time.

  • Shake things up

Propose an interval mid-ride, see who bites.

Routes

Ride an actual road.

No ERG here, use your shifters as God intended. Import a GPX, or pull a route off of Strava.

A route under way, the map and the gradient sitting under the live numbers.
  • Weight counts

Yours and the bike’s are both in the sum.

  • You’ll know where you are

Towns go by. The famous segments announce themselves.

  • How bad is it

Every route wears its difficulty on its face.

History

For the record.

Everything you did, written down and then left alone. No streaks, no targets, nothing with an opinion about your week.

The history list, the rolling seven-day card sitting above the rides.
One finished ride in full, the readings above the power chart.
  • The last seven days

Rolling, not weekly. Nothing to miss.

  • A read, not a score

Every ride gets a few lines on what happened in it.

  • Already on Strava

Uploaded before you’re off the bike, stats and all.

Heads up display

Over whatever’s on.

A see-through desktop app for Mac and Windows that floats your numbers over whatever else is on the screen. Watch a movie, answer emails, all while you ride. You do you.

The desktop app’s see-through cards laid over whatever else is playing on the screen.

Running

Yes, running.

Same app, just a treadmill instead of a trainer. Even us casuals know the benefits of cross training.

  • Free run

Use Indore to record your run. Nothing more.

  • A read, not a score

Pick a heart rate zone and Indore tells you what to set the belt to.

Indore can’t control your treadmill. Instead it tells you how to set the speed and pace yourself.
