SubscribeA ride under ten minutes costs nothing. If the trainer won’t pair and you get off the bike, you keep the credit.
A credit is a ride. Where it came from decides what you are allowed to do with it, and that is the one part of this worth reading twice.
Three of them, once, waiting the moment the account exists.
Earned by riding, and the one kind you cannot spend on yourself.
Somebody handed you one of theirs. Ride it, or hand it on again.
Short version: the only credits you can’t ride are the ones you earned by riding. Credits from a pack are yours to ride, and the app always spends the ones you can’t give away first, so nothing giftable disappears under you.
Every ten hours you spend on the bike puts a credit in your account. It is not for you. You cannot ride it, however empty the balance gets, however hard you stare at it. The only thing it is good for is giving to somebody else.
Subscribers collect them too, and they keep collecting: ten hours, a credit, ten more hours, another one. A winter indoors leaves most people holding a small stack of rides they can only hand out.
Somebody you ride with is looking out of the window at the same weather you are. Send them one.
On this website, in a browser. The iPhone app cannot sell you anything — Apple does not allow it outside their own purchase system, and outside the United States it does not allow the app to link out to a shop either. So the app rides and the website sells. Sign in here, buy here, and the credits are on the account before you are back on the bike.
iPhone, Android, macOS, Windows. Same sign-in, same balance, same plan. Sign in on a second device and everything is already there — nothing to transfer, no code to type in.
Changed your mind and haven’t ridden on it yet? A pack, or the first month of the plan, comes back in full within 14 days. After the first ride it stays bought. Paddle handles the refund, and the details are on the refunds page.
Prices in US dollars, before whatever tax your country adds at checkout. Payments are taken by Paddle, who work the tax out and send you the receipt. A credit is spent when a ride finishes, not when it starts, and only if the ride ran ten minutes or longer.
