Reimagining indoor training
Unstructured by design. Indoor training without the guilt trip.
Structured training demands a massive sacrifice. Luckily for us, most of us don’t really need structured training at all. It is just the only option, because it’s the only thing they are selling us.
What we do need is a path of least resistance to some time on the bike, or on the treadmill.
Will you get as fast as you can be, as fast as possible? Honestly, no. Will you feel good about yourself? Will you gain fitness? Absolutely.
The best thing about it is, you will be able to enjoy other aspects of life and not be dog tired all the time.
Indore works with your trainer & treadmill
Any smart trainer that speaks FTMS. Heart rate and other sensors come along too as long as they are Bluetooth.
The plan is:
No plan.
Base rides.
Contrary to other apps which force you to commit, Indore wants you to enjoy every ride. Pick a zone or a wattage and start riding. Legs feeling good? Create an interval and smash it out in the middle of the ride.
No session to pick, no plan to let down. Get on, ride, get off when you say you’re done.
Structure, if you want it.
Create workouts with natural language
Describe the ride you want in a sentence and you get intervals, ramps and zones. They arrive without a calendar attached to them.
Import .zwo files
Indore supports the Zwift workout format, so if you have those simply import them and start riding.
Daily picks
Every day Indore creates three sessions you can quickly load up.
Today’s ride
Based on your recent riding history, Indore can create a tailored session which is the best workout for you, right now.
Heavy Road Cadence
The long chase
You will never ride alone.
Indoor group rides.
Up to six of your friends, or complete strangers you met on the internet. The creator chooses the ride type, others join on their invitation.
Routes you already know, or the ones you always wanted to ride.
Steady intervals and ERG holding your power up are not everyone’s favorite way to ride. Import any GPX file you have, or grab one from Strava and ride an actual road instead.
Have fun practicing you local routes, recon and train climbs for upcoming races, or experience iconic climbs like the infamous Mortirolo.

New • Free while in beta
Yes, running.
A body built for one motion gets brittle at everything else.
Admit it, you would run if starting didn’t suck so much.
So we made starting easier. No plan, no pace targets, nobody telling you what today is supposed to be for. You get on the treadmill, and run.
It’s the same app you already have. Same quiet numbers, same absence of opinions about what you should have done instead.
Running is free while it’s in beta, which is an honest way of saying we’re experimenting with it, and it’s rough in a few places.
And yeah, don’t worry you are not a runner all of a sudden.
