Four apps, one account. None of them is in a shop, which means a slightly odd install and no waiting on anybody’s review queue.
A beta, through TestFlight. It is not on the App Store yet and we are not going to dress it up as if it were.
TestFlight is Apple’s own app for betas. Install that first, then open the link — Indore lands on the home screen like anything else. Builds arrive every couple of weeks and things will occasionally be broken.
A file, downloaded straight from us. There is no Play Store listing, so your phone is going to ask whether you actually trust this. That is the cost of not being in a shop.
The first time, Android will refuse and offer you a settings screen. Allow installs from your browser, open the downloaded file again, and it goes on. The link always points at the newest build.
The desktop app: the big screen in front of the bike while the phone does the talking to the trainer. Downloaded from us, not from the Mac App Store.
If the Mac was bought any time since late 2020 it is Apple silicon. Take the first one. Once it is running it updates itself, so this is the last time you need this page.
The same desktop app. An installer you run, nothing more exotic than that, and no store in the way.
Windows may put up a blue panel about an app from an unknown publisher. That is us. More details, run anyway, and it installs.
Install however many of them you want. They all sign in the same way, to the same account, and the account is where everything lives — your ride credits, your plan, every ride you have already done.
So there is nothing to transfer. Sign in on a second device and the balance is already sitting there, exactly as you left it on the first. No code to type in, no restoring purchases, no screen asking you to link anything to anything.
If you have not got an account yet, the apps will make you one on first run, with three ride credits in it. You do not need to come back here for that.
Credits and the monthly plan are bought here, in a browser. The iPhone app cannot sell you anything, and outside the United States it is not even allowed to point you at a shop. The app rides, the website sells.
Every new account arrives with three ride credits in it. No card, no trial countdown. Enough to find out whether any of this is for you before anybody asks you for money.

Everything on this page is free to download. The desktop apps check for their own updates, so you will not need to come back for a new version.
